Caramel Apple Cinnamon Crumble

2 green apples, peeled and diced
2 red apples, peeled and diced
80g sugar
80g unsalted butter
Some cinnamon powder

15g unsalted butter (frosted, chopped)
30g low-gluten flour
15g sugar


1. Crumble: put all ingredients into the steel pot and use fingers to pinch them to a coarse paste. Reserve.

2. Preheat the induction hob and pan to PerfectFry Level 4 heat. Add butter and sugar to the pan and follow with green apples dices, red apples dices and cinnamon powder. Pan-fried until dried and caramelized.

3. Put caramelized apples into the baked cups and sprinkle the crumbles on top.

4. Place in a preheated 180℃ oven and bake for 25 minutes until golden. Serve when it is still hot.

TIPS: Well control the fire when fry the caramelized apple, otherwise the caramel tastes bitter. Recommend to serve with vanilla ice-cream.
