Chilled Tomato Soup

(Serves 6)

Ingredients:

  • 1000g Tomatoes
  • 130g Olive oil
  • 8g Garlic
  • 30g Shallots
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
Settings
STEAM, 80℃
10 minutes

Method:

1. Add tomatoes, olive oil, black pepper and salt into a zip lock bag.
2. Slice the garlic and shallots into thin slices, add into zip lock bag.
3. Steam at 80℃ for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from steam oven. Use a hand blender to blend until smooth and serve.
