Dried Green Apple Slices

PREPARATION METHOD

1) Wash the green apples. Cut the apples into 2mm rounds slices. Place the apple slices on a wire rack lined with baking paper.

2) Preheated the oven to 40˚C. Bake the apple slices in the oven for 2 days to dry.

3) Keep the slices in an air-tight container after cooling. These dried apple slices can be served as healthy snacks or dessert garnishes.


TIPS

Use 40°C to desiccate the fruits to retain the nutrients and prevent over-cooking the sugars within.
