Simple Steamed Cake


Ingredients:
Self raising flour 90g
Baking powder 1g
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 20g
Milk 60g
Black sugar 100g
Melted butter 30g



Methods:
1. Whisk & sift self raising flour & baking powder. Set aside.
2. Melt black sugar with milk in a double boiler. Set aside.
3. Beat eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture has increased in volume and creamy in color. Add in the melted butter & black sugar solution. Then add self raising flour & baking powder, and fold in gently.
4. Pour the batter into the bowls. Steam over middle heat for 15-20 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
