Slow Cooked Salmon

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 200g salmon
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 10 g fresh dill
  • 10 ml olive oil


Optional:

  • 1 bunch asparagus

Settings
STEAM, 60℃
18-20 minutes

Method:

1. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on salmon. Add lemon slices, fresh dill and olive oil. Steam at 60℃ for 18-20 minutes.
2. Remove the salmon from steam oven and serve with steamed asparagus (optional, steam at 100℃ for 7-10 minutes).
