Soup with Lotus Roots, Pork Ribs and American Ginseng
(Serves 4)

300g Pork Ribs
400g Lotus Roots (peeled and sliced)
1 Dried Lotus Pod
30g American Ginseng
30g Dried Lily Bulbs
30g Raw Coix Seed
30g Dried Coix Seed
2 Ginger
Hot Water

Preparation Method:
1. Blanch and rinse the pork ribs and set aside.
2. Soak and cleanse the lotus pod, coix seed, and dried lily with water.
3. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker. Fill with hot water and cover with lid.
4. Place into a 100℃ steam oven and cook for 2 hours.
5. Remove and season with salt.
