|4 tsp vegetarian meal|
|4 tsp mirin|
|4 tsp dried fish sauce|
1. Place the eggs (un-cracked) in the steam oven.
2. Set the temperature to 60℃, and cooking time to 20 minutes.
3. Mix vegetarian meal, mirin and dried fish sauce together for the seasoning.
4. Remove the eggs from steam oven, carefully crack into a bowl and serve with seasoning.
