|4 frozen strawberries|
|1 frozen banana|
|200g low-fat plain yogurt|
|1 tbsp Chia seed|
|1/2 bowl of cereal chips|
|Prepare some fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries) and pumpkin seeds for decoration.|
1. Frozen strawberries and bananas can be prepared in advance.
2. Put all ingredients in a blender with “Smoothies function” and process until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and decorate with cereal chips or fresh fruits.
