Strawberry Parfait


4 frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
200g low-fat plain yogurt
4 walnut
1 tbsp Chia seed
1/2 bowl of cereal chips
Prepare some fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries) and pumpkin seeds for decoration.


1. Frozen strawberries and bananas can be prepared in advance.

2. Put all ingredients in a blender with “Smoothies function” and process until smooth.

3. Pour into glasses and decorate with cereal chips or fresh fruits.
