|150g pork ribs||some spring onion|
|4 pcs Chinese Jujube fruits (seed removed)||240g rice|
|5 pcs chestnuts||240ml water|
|some black and white sesame seeds (fried)|
|1 tbsp soy sauce||1 tbsp rice wine|
|some pepper||some sesame oil|
|1 tsp garlic (pressed)|
1. Marinate pork ribs with the prepared marinade for about 15 minutes.
2. Put rice, water, Chinese Jujube fruits and chestnuts onto the steam tray and place in an 100℃ preheated steam oven. Steam for 15 minutes to reach half-cooked condition.
3. Add pork ribs to the half-cooked rice, and continue to steam for another 15 minutes at 100℃.
4. After steaming, sprinkle the spring onion and sesame seeds to serve.
