Soup with Lotus Roots, Pork Ribs and American Ginseng


300g Pork Ribs 30g Raw Coix Seed
400g Lotus Roots (peeled and sliced) 30g Dried Coix Seed
1 Dried Lotus Pod 2 Ginger
30g American Ginseng Hot Water
30g Dried Lily Bulbs Salt


1. Blanch and rinse the pork ribs and set aside.

2. Soak and cleanse the lotus pod, coix seed, and dried lily with water.

3. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker. Fill with hot water and cover with lid.

4. Place into a 100℃ steam oven and cook for 2 hours.

5. Remove and season with salt.
