Strawberry and Blueberry ice-cream
Ingredients
| Fresh Strawberries 250g | Milk 100ml |
| Fresh Blueberries 100g | Cream 100ml |
| Sugar 75g | Juice of half a lemon |
Methods
1. Place the refrigerated container upright in a freezer for at least 18 hours.
2. Puree all the ingredients into the blender jug at speed 7 until smooth.
3. Pour the finished mixture into the running ice cream maker at speed 2.
4. Mix for approx. 20-30 min.
