• From December 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024, any purchase of freestanding 60cm or 45cm dishwasher can enjoy a 90-day trial and money-back guarantee. The installation date needs to be completed from December 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.

Terms & conditions:

1. This promotion is applicable to BSH Home Appliances Limited (hereinafter referred to as “BSH”) designated models.

2. Returns may be requested 60 days from the completion date of installation until the 90th day and are only applicable to purchases made directly from BSH or its authorized dealers during the promotional period and installed by BSH.

3. If the appliance has been exchanged or repaired, 90 days will be counted from the initial installation.

4. When applying for returns and refunds, you must provide the original/copy of the official purchase receipt and relevant installation records. If this is not provided, returns and refunds will not be possible.

5. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the appliance listed on the invoice, and it should clearly state the purchase price of the dishwasher alone. The maximum refund amount is limited to the suggested retail price of the appliance concerned. Any delivery/shipping charges, installation, kitchen cabinet modifications or other charges are non-refundable.

6. Each registered address can only apply once.

7. When applying for returns and refunds, you must attach the warranty form, accessories, and any documents (including but not limited to gifts, original/copy of invoices, and installation orders). If the appliance is damaged due to human factors (such as self-disassembly, transportation) or some items are lost, your right to return the product will be affected or you may be required to charge fees based on the extent of the damage.

8. BSH will collect the appliance free of charge within the standard delivery service. The appliance must stand alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles. For any extra effort is required, additional charges applies and has to be paid separately, otherwise they will be deducted from the refund. (e.g. carry appliance up/down stairs, dismantle the appliance from connections, etc.) Please refer to Customer Service Rates.

9. Appliances must be collected within 14 calendar days after BSH confirms the collection.

10. BSH will provide a refund after verifying the applicant's application and checking the returned appliance.

11. If due to the consumer's situation (such as incorrect information provided/failure to successfully contact the consumer through the contact information provided, etc.), the promotion unit (BSH) fails to collect the appliance as agreed, BSH has the right to terminate or deny the eligibility of the promotion.

12. By submitting a return or refund under this promotion, the applicant releases BSH from any liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

13. By providing the Customer’s personal data, the Customer indicates that he/she has read, understood and agrees that his/her personal data will be processed in accordance with BSH’s Privacy Policy at https://www.bosch-home.com.hk/en/metapages/imprint/privacy-statement to be recorded, stored or otherwise processed.

14. This promotion is only applicable to Hong Kong and can be used in indoor areas of private homes and home environments.

15. Unless specific promotions, this promotion cannot be combined with other offers, including but not limited to display machine sales, employee discounts, and non-retail purchases.

16. BSH may revise these terms and conditions from time to time, and the revised terms and conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting.

17. BSH reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time.

18. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
