Method
1. Cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy
2. Add egg white and egg yolk, mix well
3. Sift in flour, baking powder and cocoa powder, mix until just combined
4. Stir in chopped raisins
5. Roll 12g of dough into balls and place evenly on the glass pan
6. Preheat the oven to 180℃ and place the glass pan at evel 1, bake with hot air for 20 minutes
7. Enjoy
