Ingredients

Frozen Alaskan King Crab Legs

150 gram Unsalted butter (at room temperature)

1 tsp Sriracha

1.5 tbsp Lemon juice

0.5 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Chopped parsley

3 dashes Smoked paprika

Instructions

Step 1-6:

Preheat the Bosch Built-In 4D Hot Air Steam Ovens & Steamers to 200°C using ‘4D HotAir’ Mode.
Cut the king crab legs into shorter segments and then cut them open (lengthwise to expose the meat)
Whip the softened butter with a whisk and add the lemon juice, sriracha, and sugar. Combined it well and whisk until having a smooth texture.
Spread the butter over the crab legs with a small spoon and top off with the smoked paprika.
Then put them on a baking tray and put them at level 2 in the Bosch Built-In 4D Hot Air Steam Ovens & Steamers. Bake for 5 minutes.
Take them out of the Bosch Built-In 4D Hot Air Steam Ovens & Steamers, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
