Instructions
Step 1-4:
- Clean the long-legged crab shell and tie the crab legs.
- Place the long-legged crab upside down on the steaming tray and place on the third tier of the Bosch Built-In 4D Hot Air Steam Ovens & Steamers (opens in a new window) , and put a baking tray onto the second tier to catch any drippings.
- Select “Steam+” at Bosch Built-In 4D Hot Air Steam Ovens & Steamers (opens in a new window) and use 110 °C to steam for 20-28 mins. Crabs of different sizes require different cooking times. 3 Kg crab takes 20 mins, 4 Kg crab takes 24 mins and 5 Kg crab takes 28 mins.
- After the program is finished, remove to a serving plate and serve.
Setting procedure:
Select Bosch Built-In 4D Hot Air Steam Ovens & Steamers (opens in a new window) “Steam+” and use 110°C to steam for 20 - 28 minutes.
