Need to book a repair? We can arrange a repair for your appliance, both in and out of warranty.
We take care of all issues with your appliances in case the problem won't by covered by our manufacturer warranty conditions.
Our repair prices – Fair and transparent We want you to know the cost of your repair right from the start. That’s why we offer fair, fixed prices that - in most cases—serve as an all-inclusive package. This price covers all essentials: the technician’s travel and labor, the necessary standard spare part, and statutory VAT.
We prioritize cost transparency to ensure you don’t face any unpleasant surprises.
Should a repair turn out to be more complex than anticipated, our technician will always inform you of the adjusted costs beforehand.
You will receive a binding quote, allowing you to decide at your leisure whether to proceed with the repair.
Work only begins once we have your express approval. If you find the repair too expensive or decide it is no longer worthwhile, that is no problem.
You simply pay a small flat fee of €119 for the inspection and fault diagnosis.
Please note that our fixed prices apply to appliances up to 8 years old that have undergone normal household use. In other cases, we will provide a fair, customized quote on-site.
These prices are effective from January 1, 2026.
