“Lift Up or Lift Down” Installation Scenario (Please indicate upon order placement) If the appliance cannot be pushed directly into the installation position from the floor and must be lifted up or lowered down more than 10 inches (approx. 250mm), or moved over obstacles exceeding 10 inches (approx. 250mm) in height (e.g., basin, cabinet), this is considered a “Lift Up” or “Lift Down” installation. #Customer must ensure sufficient space is available and the installation can only proceed after on-site evaluation by the technician. #The maximum obstacle height for a lift-over/drop-in installation is 500mm. # If the installation location involves safety or high-risk conditions, or technical limitations, BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves the right to decline the installation service. |

Remarks:
1) Services not covered:
- Move out the old machine to outdoor lobby.
- Delivery Services on movable objects or at locations including boat, yacht or vehicles, etc.
2) If no elevator service is available for premises, we will additionally charge a delivery fee for each storey. (16 steps equal one flight of stairs, charging starts incurred after 6 steps)
3) *All cables, hoses or obstacles should be removed by customers before the disposal service.
4) BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves the final rights to revise the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
5) BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves the final decision in case of any negotiation.
6) The installation charges for built-in appliances may be different subjected to the different environment or situation. Therefore, the installation charges for built-in appliances would be determined by the installation worker after inspecting the actual environment or situation.
