Recently, our Customer Service hotline has received multiple inquiries from customers about fraudulent calls impersonating BSH (Hong Kong), BOSCH Home Appliances.  These callers falsely claim to offer “emergency repairs,” “free appliance replacements,” or “on-site inspections” in an attempt to obtain customers’ personal and financial information. 

Important Notice: 

These calls are malicious scams and have no connection whatsoever with our company or its authorized partners.  We will never proactively request credit card details, bank passwords, or immediate fund transfers from customers over the phone.

If you receive suspicious call, do not share any sensitive personal information.  Hang up immediately and contact our Customer Service hotlines - Hong Kong: 2565 6151 / Macau: 0800 030.  If you have registered as a member on our website, we recommend changing your login password immediately.
