French Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cookware: heat proof container, glass pan Nutrition facts per serving:159.6 kcal, 9.9g carbohydrate, 12.9g fat, 2.1g protein
• 150g eggplant
• 100g bell peppers
• 150g zucchini
• 1clove garlic
• 80g tomato
• 25g olive oil
• amount of salt and pepper

Method

1. Slice eggplant, bell pepper and zucchini cut into 2 cm thick, thin slice the garlic

2. Mix 1 and tomatoes with olive oil in a bowl, put the bowl on the glass pan, place inside the oven at level 1, bake with hot air 220℃ + steam 1 for 20 to 22 minutes

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper

4. Enjoy
