Steamed long-legged crab

Ingredients

  • Long-legged crab

Workflow:

  • 1. Clean the long-legged crab shell and tie the crab legs.
  • 2. Place the long-legged crab upside down on the steaming tray and place on the third tier of the steam oven, and put a baking tray onto the second tier to catch any drippings.
  • 3. Select “Steam+” and use 110 °C to steam for 20-28 mins. Crabs of different sizes require different cooking times. 3 Kg crab takes 20 mins, 4 Kg crab takes 24 mins and 5 Kg crab takes 28 mins.
  • 4. After the program is finished, remove to a serving plate and serve.

Setting procedure:

Select “Steam+” and use 110°C to steam for 20 - 28 minutes.
