1. The removal service is separate from delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed before new items delivery and installation, or placed temporarily at the premises for collection 2. The old item must stand alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles 3. The old item once collected will not be returned 4. The free removal service will be abandoned without re-arrangement if the old items are found at the appointed date of removal service: connected to water supply or electricity supply; hindered by any obstacles like narrow door, ground protruding etc.; have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.). 5. Customers may alter the date or address for removal service for one time, with 2 working days as prior notice 6. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled. 7. The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors 8. The company shall not be liable for direct or indirect loss resulted by any delay or omission of removal service due to following reasons:

Our staff reserve the right to not remove old items with serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.) 4. For extra effort required to perform the removal service, additional charge applies. (e.g., detach stacked washing machine and dryer before removal, carry appliance up/down stairs, lifting up appliance to certain height, etc.). Please refer to Annex 2 for Delivery/Removal Service fees List for details 5. Customer may call to pre-book the dismantling services before removal. Charges applies on built-in appliance, water heater and cooker hood, etc. Please refer to Annex 2 for the Service Fees List 6. Customer may alter the date for removal service twice (at maximum), with no less than 1 working day as prior notice. 7. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled 8.
