Herb Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cookware: glass pan Nutrition facts per serving:
234.2 kcal, 5g carbohydrates, 12g fat, 26.4 g of protein
  • 250g skinless chicken breast
  • 30g onion (chopped)
  • 0.5g dried thyme (or 2 sprigs fresh thyme)
  • 7g lemon juice
  • 8g olive oil
  • 2g garlic (minced)
  • 2g salt
  • 15g cheese powder
  • Some coarse ground black pepper

Method

1. Wash chicken breast and pat dry, combine lemon juice with onion, thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic, coat the chicken with the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes

2. Fill the water tank with water, put the chicken on the glass pan, sprinkle with cheese powder, place inside the oven at level 1, bake with hot air 200℃+steam 1 for 24 to 25 minutes

3. Remove the chicken from the oven, cut into slices

4. Enjoy

Cooking time: 24-25 minutes
