Passion Fruit Sorbet

1. Put all the ingredients in a pot (except lime zest), cook with Level 7 until sugar dissolve, remove from heat and let it cool

2. Put it in the refrigerator until chilled, blend with hand blender until velvety smooth

3. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight, sprinkle with lime zest

4. Enjoy
